Whole Chicken Roast Recipe, Kanchhi Kitchen, Sitan House.

Today we have a little different cooking recipe “Full Chicken Roast”. This chicken is prepared in the forest. We infused the meat with a fresh spicy marinade. It was an amazing Crispy, spicy skin, and the meat separates off the bones. I know, maybe this is not Nepali people’s way to eat but I am trying to cook in Nepali style. I hope you all guys like this recipe and cooking style in the jungle.
